If you still have the water you boiled the chicken in, use a little of that, some chicken bouillon or chicken base, and then the salt, pepper and flour and you will be good to go. I believe that since you boiled the chicken first, you won't have any drippings in your baking pan but if you do, add that to the above for additional flavor. Use a fair amount of black pepper. If you'd like milk gravy, then substitute the milk for the broth.
